Unless expressly provided for by applicable law, we have no obligation to provide refunds in any instance. You may request for a refund via email in writing to [email protected] for non-use.
Refunds are not guaranteed even for unused service.
To delete an Account, you may send us a request via email in writing to [email protected] or use the live chat function available on https://ahrefs.com/. You agree that the deletion of any Account is subject to the fulfilment of your payment obligations to us... and your receipt of written confirmation from us that the Account has been deleted.
Account deletion is available via email or live chat, but is gated on payment obligations and written confirmation.
