Section 19 — Limitation of Liability

THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE TANIUM ENTITIES TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ... IS LIMITED TO $100.

Even if Tanium causes you significant harm, they limit their total financial liability to $100.

Section 13 — Termination of Use

Tanium may in its sole discretion terminate your user account on the Site or suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice.

Tanium can delete your account or block your access at any time without telling you why or giving you notice.

Section 14 — Modification of these Terms

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms on a going-forward basis at any time. ... By continuing to access or use the Site after these Terms have changed, you indicate your agreement to the revised Terms.
