What the terms actually say

Section 16(a) — Miscellaneous

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Agreement... shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration.

You cannot sue the company in court; you must use private arbitration.

Section 5(d) — Licenses to User Content

you hereby grant StarMaker an unrestricted, assignable, sublicensable, revocable, royalty-free license throughout the universe to reproduce, distribute... and otherwise exploit and use all or any part of all User Content

The company can use your videos and photos for any purpose, including advertising, without paying you.

Section 14(b) — Termination

StarMaker reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to all or any part of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability

The company can ban you and delete your account at any time for any reason without telling you first.

Section 1(b) — Changes to this Agreement

You understand and agree that we may change this Agreement at any time without prior notice

The company can change the terms of service whenever they want without informing you.

Section 11(d) — Limitation of Liability

StarMaker's liability... is limited to the greater of the fees you have paid us for any gifts and U.S. $100.

If the company harms you, they will not pay more than $100 in damages.

Section 13 — Indemnification

you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the StarMaker Parties from and against any claims, actions or demands

If the company gets sued because of something you did, you have to pay their legal bills.
