Section 14 — Dispute Resolution

THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT REQUIRES YOU AND BADOO GROUP TO RESOLVE DISPUTES BY BINDING ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN COURT.

You cannot sue the company in court; you must use a private arbitrator.

Section 2 — Ownership of Content

you automatically grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide license to use such Content in any way

The company owns a permanent right to use, edit, and distribute anything you post forever.

Section 5 — Termination of Use

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to terminate or suspend any Account... at any time without liability and without the need to give you prior notice.

The company can delete your account for any reason without telling you why.

Section 15 — Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to modify, amend or change the Terms at any time... You should regularly check this page to take notice of any Changes.

It is your responsibility to check for updates; they do not promise to notify you.

Section 5 — Termination of Use

If you have registered for an account on Badoo, you can terminate your account at any time by going to the ‘Settings’ control

You have a self-serve way to delete your account.
