What the terms actually say

Section 14.1 — Agreement to Binding Arbitration

You acknowledge and agree that you and Photobucket are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

You are forced into private arbitration and cannot join class action lawsuits against the company.

Section 5.1 — Content License

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, for so long as necessary to provide the Services to you... to: copy, stream, post, display, publicly perform, and reproduce the Sharable User Uploaded Content... This license extends to backup copies and legally required retention for so long as such copies or retention obligations exist.

The company retains a license to your content even after you delete it, as long as they have a legal or backup reason to keep it.

Section 3.5 — Enforcement

Photobucket reserves the right, in its sole discretion... to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice.

The company can ban you and delete your content at any time without warning.

Section 3.7.3.1 — Cancellations

Paid Account subscribers may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected] or by following any other cancellation method made available through the applicable Service.

You have a clear, accessible way to cancel your paid subscription.

Section 8 — Modifications

If we make changes to any of the Agreements, we will take appropriate measures to inform you... including posting a revised version through the Services and providing a separate notice.

The company promises to notify you when they change the terms.
