USER CONTENT LICENSE GRANT

you hereby grant to Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, fully sublicenseable... license to access, use... and create derivative works from Your Content

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IF YOU HAVE ANY BASIS FOR RECOVERING DAMAGES... YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO RECOVER FROM THE COMPANY PARTIES DAMAGES UP TO AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO YOUR SERVICES FEE... (OR UP TO $100.00 IF THE CLAIMS RELATE TO ANY SERVICES THAT ARE FREE).
