What the terms actually say

Section 11 — Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [City, State], unless otherwise required by local law. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action.

You are prohibited from taking the company to court or joining others in a class action lawsuit.

Section 10 — Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. ... By continuing to use the Services after such changes, you agree to the revised Terms.

Section 7 — Account Termination

You are financially responsible for the company's legal costs if they get sued because of your use of the service.

Section 5 — Privacy & Data Protection

We may share user and investigation data with advertisers, payment processors, fraud prevention partners, and legal authorities where required.

The company shares your personal and investigation data with third parties and government entities.
