you grant to Progressive a perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free right and license to use, modify, publish, disclose, or exploit the Submission at Progressive's discretion.

Any ideas you send to the company become their property to use however they want, forever, without compensation.

Terms of Use

Progressive reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of this site by you will constitute your acceptance of any revisions to the Terms of Use.

The company can change the terms at any time without notifying you, and you are bound by the new terms just by using the site.

Limitations of Liability

JURISDICTION / ENFORCEABILITY

Any dispute concerning this site shall be subject to the exclusive venue of a court of competent jurisdiction in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

If you have a legal dispute, you must sue them in Ohio, regardless of where you live.
