If You fail to do so, You are still bound by the terms of this Agreement by virtue of Your viewing the Site or using any portion of the Site or Our Services. The company limits its total liability to $10, effectively zeroing out any meaningful legal recourse.
We have every right to voluntarily cooperate with law enforcement or private aggrieved parties that We may be legally compelled to do so.
The company reserves the right to share your data with law enforcement at their own discretion.
THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS THEY MAY HAVE TO TRIAL BY JURY IN REGARD TO ARBITRAL CLAIMS.
You waive your constitutional right to a jury trial.
