Section 13(b) — Arbitration Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION PROVISION ... AND A CLASS ACTION/JURY TRIAL WAIVER

You are required to resolve disputes through individual arbitration rather than in court, and you cannot join class action lawsuits.

Section 8(b) — Customer Data

Supabase will not use, nor allow any third-party to use, Customer Data ... to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, without Customer's prior written consent.

Supabase explicitly commits not to use your data for AI training unless you provide written permission.

Section 14(d) — Amendment and Modification

Supabase will provide Customer with reasonable notice prior to any amendments or modifications taking effect, either by emailing the email address associated with Customer's account

The company promises to notify you via email before changes to the terms become effective.
