What the terms actually say

Section 11 — Indemnification

The client shall keep Outlook, fully and effectively indemnified against all losses, damage, expenses, actions, proceedings, costs, and claims, including, but not limited to, legal fees...

You must pay for all legal fees and damages if someone sues the company because of the content you provided.

Section 9 — Content Removal

In case we receive a notice/DMCA from any valid client/authority, the article will be removed without any prior notice.

The company reserves the right to delete your content immediately if they receive a complaint, without notifying you.

Section 2 — AI Content Policy

Native articles written by AI will not be accepted... such articles if caught will be deleted by us immediately without any refund

If your content is removed for violating their AI policy, you forfeit any fees paid.
