You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits and must resolve disputes through private arbitration.
As a result, we may change, eliminate or restrict access to our products or any part of our service at any time, for any reason, with or without advance notice.
The company can modify or remove service features at any time without notifying you.
If we make changes that we believe will substantially alter your rights, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website. You agree to accept any changes or revisions to these Terms by continuing to use FotMob.
You are bound by any changes to the terms simply by continuing to use the service, even if you do not read the website notice.
For claims that aren’t subject to arbitration, we each agree that any such claims shall be litigated exclusively in a state court located in Bergen, Norway.
Legal disputes must be handled in Norway, which may be inconvenient or expensive for international users.
