Users must submit cancellation requests by email to [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date in order to avoid automatic renewal of the Service. Upon termination of the Service, User acknowledges that all yearly & monthly subscription fees previously charged to User’s credit card in consideration for User’s access to the Service will not be refunded, in whole or in part.
Cancellation is not a simple toggle; it requires an email, and you are not entitled to refunds for unused time.
