What the terms actually say

Section 7.1 — Termination By You

You can terminate your Subscription at any time, by cancelling your Customer Account.

You can cancel your subscription easily through your account settings.

Section 7.2 — Data Deletion

All your Customer Data will be deleted 30 days from the effective termination date.

The company has a defined, reasonable timeline for deleting your data after you close your account.

Section 11.7 — Update

We may amend these Terms by giving you 30 days’ notice or without notice, if: (a) an immediate amendment is required for reasons outside of our control or (b) the amendment is minor.

While they promise notice for material changes, they reserve the right to change terms without notice for minor updates.

Section 10.5 — Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, no claim against InnoCraft may be filed after 12 (twelve) months from the date of the act or omission.

You must bring any legal claims within one year, which is shorter than many standard statutes of limitations.
