What the terms actually say

Introduction

GreatFireVPN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms of this Agreement at any time. Using our Services following notification of a material change to this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance

The company can change the rules at any time, and your continued use counts as agreeing to the new terms.

Section 5 — Service Suspension & Termination

You agree that GreatFireVPN, for any or no reason, and without penalty, may discontinue in whole or in part, cancel or suspend your use of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

The company can shut down your account whenever they want, for any reason, without telling you beforehand.

Section 6 — Cancellation & Refund Policy

All amounts paid are non-refundable.

All sales are final; you cannot get a refund even if the service fails to work.

Section 9 — Indemnity

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreatFireVPN... from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including... reasonable attorneys' fees)

If the company gets sued because of something you did, you have to pay their legal bills.
