What the terms actually say

Section 14.c — Dispute Resolution

In the event any dispute or claim arises against Fabulous, such dispute or claim shall be handled via an arbitrator of our choosing. All decisions rendered by the arbitrator shall be final. The arbitrator's award is final and binding on all parties.

You cannot sue the company in court; you must use their chosen arbitrator, and the decision is final.

Section 14.b — Class Action Waiver

You agree that you will not bring nor participate in any class action lawsuit against Fabulous or any of its partners, employees, subsidiaries, officers, licensors or affiliates.

You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Section 11 — Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us ... harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including all attorneys' fees ... resulting from any claim, action, proceeding, suit or demand arising out of or related to: ... Your use of our Services or System.

You are financially responsible for the company's legal costs if they are sued due to your use of the service.

Section 1 — Modifications

This Agreement may be updated or modified by Fabulous at any time. ... Notice of any changes shall be considered given upon posting and effective immediately on the date posted unless otherwise stated.

The company can change the terms at any time without direct notice to you; you are responsible for checking the website.

Section 2.b — Data Sharing

Personal data collected from you is primarily used for management of your account, but may also be disclosed to others such as third party partners, TLD Registry Operators and law enforcement officials.

The company shares your personal data with third parties and law enforcement.

Section 4.b — Account Closure

You may close your account by submitting a request to cancel via your Fabulous account.

You can close your account through your account dashboard.
