If the company gets sued because of something you did, you have to pay for their lawyers and any damages they are ordered to pay.
Notwithstanding any terms to the contrary in the Terms, 4shared may disclose Customer Data: (i) as required by any applicable Laws; or (ii) in response to a subpoena or other compulsory legal process.
The company will share your private data with government or law enforcement if they receive a legal request.
4SHARED'S TOTAL LIABILITY... EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO 4SHARED UNDER THE TERMS (IF ANYTHING).
If the company loses your data or causes you harm, they are not responsible for paying you more than what you have paid them, which is zero for free accounts.
