You grant HERE a permanent, non-revocable right to use, modify, and monetize your content for any purpose, which survives even if you delete your account.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF HERE... TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY EURO (50.00 €).
The company limits its total financial liability to you to 50 Euros, regardless of the severity of the harm or the legal basis of your claim.
HERE may modify the Terms at any time without prior notice.
The company reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time without notifying you in advance.
You hereby agree that your continued use of HERE Products constitutes your compelling evidence of your consent to any changes and modification.
If you keep using the service after they change the terms, you are legally bound by those new terms, even if you didn't read them.
