Governing law

The courts located in Alberta, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms.

Any legal action against the company must be brought in the courts of Alberta, Canada, regardless of where you are located.

Consequences of prohibited promotional methods

We reserve the right to do this and may or may not notify you in the instance that this occurs.

The company can disable your affiliate account for alleged policy violations without providing you with any prior notice.

REFERRAL COOKIE LIFETIME

Only after the customer accepts affiliate cookies will we store the first-party referral cookies and record the affiliate visit.
