Changes in e-GP System and Terms and Conditions of Use

BPPA / IMED shall have the right to modify clauses of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

The company reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time without notifying users.

Maintaining confidentiality

BPPA is not liable for any loss or damage arising from such compromise of your user account and password.

The portal disclaims liability for security breaches resulting from compromised user credentials.

Governing Law

This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement of e-GP Portal shall all be governed by the laws of Bangladesh

Disputes are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Bangladesh.

Proprietary Rights

The materials located on this e-GP web portal including the information and software programs (source code) are copyrighted to BPPA

The government retains full ownership and copyright over the portal's software and content.
