Section D — User Submissions

By submitting Feedback or other content, you grant Check Point a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content for any purpose without notice or compensation to you.

Check Point claims full ownership rights to use your feedback for any purpose forever without paying you.

Section K — Modifications of the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms.

The company can change the terms whenever they want, and you are bound by them the moment they are posted.

Section I — Termination

Check Point reserves the right to terminate access to the Site and Materials at its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice.

Section J — Governing Law
