Any dispute arising under this Agreement or the Additional Policies shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in the the State of Arizona and You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, such courts.
You are required to resolve all legal disputes in Arizona, which may be inconvenient depending on your location.
