What the terms actually say

Section 18 — Dispute Resolution

We each agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms... will be resolved solely by binding, individual arbitration and not in a class, representative or consolidated action or proceeding.

You waive your right to a jury trial and must resolve disputes through private arbitration.

Section 18(f) — Class Action Waiver

YOU AND DOCKER AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER.

You are prohibited from participating in class action lawsuits against Docker.

Section 17 — Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Docker, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses.

You are financially responsible for legal costs if your use of the service leads to a lawsuit against Docker.

Section 3 — Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Account at any time by following the instructions at https://www.docker.com/support/.

You have a clear, self-serve path to request the deletion of your account.
