What the terms actually say

Section 5 — Termination of Service

DNS Exit may suspend or terminate your account or access rights to Services at any time,without notice, for conduct that DNS Exit reasonably believes violates this TOS

The company can terminate your account without prior warning if they believe you violated the terms.

Section 8 — Entire Agreement

DNS Exit may amend or modify this TOS or impose new conditions at any time without written notice from DNS Exit to Customer

The company can change the terms at any time without notifying you directly; you are expected to check the website.

Section 6 — Indemnification

Customer agrees to hold DNS Exit harmless from any claims, whether brought by Customer or by a third party, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees

You are financially responsible for the company's legal costs if they are sued due to your use of the service.

Section 5 — Termination of Service

DNS Exit may also cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected criminal activity.

The company will share your information with law enforcement if they suspect you of criminal activity.

Section 7 — Choice of Law

Any dispute arising from the terms of this TOS ... shall be brought in a state or federal court in Ohio.

You must resolve all legal disputes in Ohio, which may be inconvenient depending on your location.
