Platform Access and Account Registration

Digital University reserves the right to revoke the license at any time without warning.

The company can terminate your account access instantly without prior notice.

User Content (b)(III)

We have the right to: disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy; (IV) take appropriate legal action, including without limitation referral to law enforcement for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Platform;

The company reserves the right to share your information with law enforcement at their discretion.

Feedback

You acknowledge and agree that any and all feedback provided by way of the Platform or otherwise will be the sole and exclusive property of Digital University, and you hereby irrevocably assign to Digital University all of your right, title, and interest

Any suggestions or feedback you provide become the company's property, and you waive all rights to them.

Confidentiality (b)

Digital University agrees to use your Confidential Information only for the purpose of performing its obligations under these Terms.

The company limits the use of your confidential information to the delivery of the service.
