What the terms actually say

Article 12 — Amendments of the Terms

DEEZER will inform the Deezer User by email... and/or by an in-app notification, of any amendments of the Terms at least 1 (one) month before they come into effect.

Deezer commits to providing at least one month's notice before changing the terms, allowing users time to review or cancel.

Article 4(vii) — Deezer User’s Liability

DEEZER has the right to provide any information enabling or facilitating the identification of the offender at the request of any legal authority.

Deezer reserves the right to disclose user information to government or law enforcement agencies upon request.

Article 7 — Suspension and/or Cancellation

DEEZER has the right to suspend access to the Deezer Service... and/or cancel his/her subscription to the Deezer Service without notice or compensation.

Deezer can terminate your account at any time for various reasons without prior warning.

Article 8.4 — Cancellation

The Deezer User may delete his/her account at any time from the Site or Application through “My account”.

Users have a simple, self-serve way to cancel their subscription and delete their account.

Article 15 — Jurisdiction

any claim regarding the validity, interpretation and/or execution of the Terms shall be brought before the court of the country where the Deezer User has his/her habitual residence.

Deezer does not force users into arbitration or a foreign jurisdiction, allowing disputes to be settled in the user's home country.
