You are required to pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if a third party sues them because of your actions.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GayPornTube... BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
The company disclaims all liability for any damages you might suffer while using the service.
GayPornTube may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
The company can terminate your account or delete your content at any time for any reason without warning.
