What the terms actually say

Section 15(b) — Dispute Resolution

Any dispute... shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

You are prohibited from taking the company to court and must use private arbitration in Singapore.

Section 5(d) — Licenses to User Content

By Posting User Content... you hereby grant FreeReels an unrestricted, assignable, sublicensable, irrevocable, royalty-free license throughout the universe.

The company owns a perpetual, global right to use, modify, and sell your content for any purpose.

Section 1(b) — Changes to this Agreement

You understand and agree that we may change this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

The company can change the terms of your contract at any time without notifying you.

Section 14(b) — Termination

FreeReels may further terminate this Agreement immediately for any other reason with or without notice to you.

The company can delete your account and access at any time for any reason.

Section 13 — Indemnification

you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the FreeReels Parties from and against any claims, actions or demands.

You are financially responsible for the company's legal costs if they are sued due to your actions.
