What the terms actually say

Section 1 — Acceptance

The terms and conditions of this Agreement are subject to change by Egy69 at any time in its sole discretion and you agree be bound by all modifications, changes and/or revisions. If you do not accept to be bound by any and all modifications, changes and/or revisions of this agreement, you many not use egy69.com.

The company can change the rules whenever they want without notifying you, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Section 6 — User Submissions

By submitting the User Submissions to Egy69, you hereby grant Egy69 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the Egy69 Website and Egy69's (and its successor's) business

You grant the company a massive, perpetual license to use your uploaded content for any business purpose.

Section 13 — Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Egy69, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees)

If the company gets sued because of something you did, you have to pay their legal bills and any damages.

Section 6 — User Submissions

Egy69 may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

The company can delete your account or content whenever they want without telling you why.

Section 9 — Fees

in the event Egy69 terminates your rights to use the website because of a breach of this Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.

If you get banned, you don't get your money back for the time you didn't get to use.
