Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The company can change the rules at any time, and you are considered to have agreed to them just by continuing to use the site.
IlPost may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
The company has the right to ban you or delete your account for any reason without giving you prior warning.
In no event will IlPost... be liable... for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to IlPost under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.
If the company harms you, the most you can recover is the amount you paid them in the last year, which may be zero for free users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IlPost, its contractors, and its licensors... from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys fees.
If the company gets sued because of something you did, you are responsible for paying their legal bills and any damages.
If you delete Content and advise IlPost, IlPost will use reasonable efforts to remove said Content from the Website (generally within two business days).
The company provides a clear, time-bound commitment to remove your content when you ask them to.
