What the terms actually say

Section 13.2 — Arbitration Agreement

WE EACH AGREE THAT... ANY AND ALL DISPUTES... WILL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY AND FINALLY BY INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT

You waive your right to sue in court or participate in a class action lawsuit.

Section 6.4 — Feedback

You provide Commerce and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to utilize suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations, or other feedback

Any feedback you provide becomes the company's property forever without compensation.

Section 7.6 — Backup Storage

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL COMMERCE BE LIABLE TO YOU... FOR LOSS OF FILES AND/OR DATA ON ANY COMMERCE SERVER.

The company is not responsible if your data is lost or deleted from their servers.

Section 11.5 — Time Limitation for Claims

ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF COMMERCE'S WEBSITES, SOFTWARE, OR SERVICES MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CLAIMS SHALL BE PERMANENTLY BARRED.

You must file any legal claim within one year or you lose the right to sue.

Section 15 — Modifications

Commerce will notify you of Changes by sending an email to the address identified in your Account and by posting a revised version of the Agreement

The company promises to email you when they update the terms.
