By submitting User Content to any of the Sites you are granting Adme a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute and sub-license the User Content in whole or in part, and in any form.
You grant the company a permanent, non-revocable license to your content that continues even if you stop using the service.
Adme reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
The company can change the terms at any time without notifying you, and by continuing to use the site, you agree to the new terms.
By submitting User Content to the Sites, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adme from all claims, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) arising out of any User Content posted or published by you.
You must pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if your content leads to a third-party claim against them.
Each party hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts on Cyprus in respect of any claim or dispute.
Any legal disputes must be handled in the courts of Cyprus, regardless of where you live.
At any time, you can stop using our Services.
You are free to stop using the service at any time.
