What the terms actually say

Section 9.1 — User Content License

you expressly grant... to Dribbble a royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use... all such User Content

You grant Dribbble a permanent, irrevocable license to use your content for any purpose, which survives account deletion.

Section 28 — Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AND DRIBBBLE ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

You are forced into binding arbitration and waive your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

Section 36 — Changes or Updates to these Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to obtain timely notice of such updates. To the extent permitted by law, all changes are effective immediately

Dribbble can change the terms at any time without direct notice, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Section 13 — Monitoring and Enforcement

We may, without notice, change any of the Website or any Services... We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Website or any Services without notice or liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms, or for no reason.

Dribbble can terminate your account at any time for any reason without notice.

Section 22 — Indemnity

You agree... to defend (at our request), indemnify and hold harmless Dribbble... from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees)

You are responsible for paying Dribbble's legal costs if they are sued due to your use of the service.

You may cancel your Subscription account at any time
