What the terms actually say

Section 9.1 — To Dribbble

you expressly grant... to Dribbble a royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use... all such User Content

You grant Dribbble a permanent, global license to use your content for any purpose, even after you leave the platform.

Section 28 — Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

you and we each agree to resolve the Dispute only by and through binding arbitration... YOU AND WE AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING

You are prohibited from suing Dribbble in court or joining a class action lawsuit.

Section 36 — Changes or Updates to these Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion... all changes are effective immediately unless we indicate a different effective date

Dribbble can change the terms at any time, and you are responsible for checking for updates yourself.

Section 13 — Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Website or any Services without notice or liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms, or for no reason.

Dribbble can delete your account and content at any time for any reason without warning.

Section 25 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY... WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) ALL AMOUNTS PAID OR DUE FROM YOU

Dribbble limits its financial liability to you to a maximum of $100 in most cases.
