AMD's Right to Change These Terms

AMD may add to, change or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, without notice.

The company reserves the right to modify the agreement at any time without providing any notification to the user.

Materials and Communications sent to AMD

Any material... you transmit or post to this Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary... AMD and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the Communications... for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Anything you send to the site becomes the company's property to use, sell, or distribute however they see fit, forever.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold AMD... harmless from and against any and all liability and costs (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs).

If your use of the site leads to a legal claim against the company, you are required to pay for their legal defense and any resulting damages.

General Terms

Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this Site must be commenced within (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.

You are forced to file any lawsuit against the company within one year, which is shorter than many standard statutes of limitations.
