What the terms actually say

Section 5 — Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

The company reserves the right to shut down your account for any reason without giving you prior warning.

Section 7 — Limitation of Liability

TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

If the company causes you harm, they limit their financial responsibility to a maximum of $100.

Section 8 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AceImg from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service.

You must pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if they get sued because of your use of the service.

Section 9 — Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

The company can change these terms whenever they want, and you are bound by the new terms just by continuing to use the service.

Section 10 — Governing Law

You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Delaware, USA.

You are forced to resolve all legal disputes in Delaware, regardless of where you live.

Section 5 — Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

You are free to stop using the service whenever you choose.
