What the terms actually say

Section 6(C) — License Grant to Parthtech

When Users post or upload User Content on the Platform, they grant Parthtech an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in any form or media.

You grant the company a permanent, non-revocable right to use, modify, and distribute your content forever, even if you delete your account.

Section 12(B) — Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Parthtech in all instances shall not exceed INR 500.

The company limits its total financial responsibility to you to approximately $6 USD, regardless of the damage caused.

Section 15 — Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your registration and access to the Platform, with or without notice, for: violation of these Terms of Use...

The company can terminate your account at any time for any reason without giving you prior warning.

Section 14 — Changes to Terms of Use

Material changes will be: posted on the Platform; notified to you via email or Platform notification; and accompanied by an updated 'Last Updated' date.

The company promises to notify you of significant changes to the terms via email or in-app alerts.

Section 7(D) — Moderation Decisions and Appeals

You may appeal a moderation decision by contacting our support team at [email protected] with the subject line 'CREX Social - Moderation Appeal' within 30 days of the decision. We will acknowledge appeals within 5 business days and endeavor to resolve them within 30 days.

There is a defined, time-bound process for appealing content moderation decisions.
