What the terms actually say

LICENSE OF YOUR CONTENT TO XE

you grant... XE or its designee a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, fully-paid, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, sublicense, translate, reformat, create derivative work(s) or adaptation(s) from, and distribute such information, content, and/or materials.

By posting content, you give XE a permanent, global, and irrevocable license to use, change, and distribute your work however they want without paying you.

INDEMNIFICATION BY USER

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold XE and XE's affiliates... harmless from any loss, liability, claim, action, suit, demand, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees, costs of investigation and court costs) asserted by any third party

If someone sues XE because of something you did, you have to pay for their legal defense and any damages they are ordered to pay.

SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

XE reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, change, add to, terminate, or discontinue... the Services... with or without notice to you

XE can change or shut down the service whenever they want, and they aren't responsible for any trouble this causes you.

Unlawful Activity

XE reserves the right... to take any action XE deems appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials... and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses, and traffic information.

XE can hand over your personal data and usage history to law enforcement or regulators whenever they decide it is appropriate.

TERMS OF USE

Any Changes shall be effective THIRTY (30) days following the posting of such Changes

If XE changes the terms, they give you 30 days' notice before the new rules apply to you.
