Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in courts located in Santa Clara County, California (for U.S. customers) and the courts located in England and Wales (for U.K. and EU customers)
If you want to sue Robinhood, you have to do it in their preferred court location, which may be far from your home.
