DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.

You cannot sue the company in court; you must use a private arbitration process in Hong Kong.

TERMINATION OF THE SERVICES

The company has broad, unilateral power to ban you from the service without cause.
