What the terms actually say

Section 14 — Termination

UEFA may, in its sole discretion and without liability to you, with or without cause... with or without prior notice and at any time: (i) terminate your access...

UEFA can delete your account and all associated data at any time, for any reason, without giving you any prior notice.

Section 12 — Your indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold UEFA... harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, penalties, fines, costs and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal fees...

You are required to pay for UEFA's legal fees and damages if they are sued because of your actions on the platform.

Section 1.2 — Acceptance of terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time... Continued use of the UEFA Platforms following any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

UEFA can change the rules at any time, and by continuing to use the site, you automatically agree to those changes.

Section 6.5 — User Submissions

Section 17 — Applicable Law

All disputes in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nyon, Switzerland.

Any legal disputes must be handled in the courts of Nyon, Switzerland, regardless of where you live.

Section 6.2 — Content

you must not use the Content to develop or train any software, model, algorithm, or AI tool, including machine learning systems or generative AI models.

UEFA explicitly prohibits users from using their content to train AI models.
