What the terms actually say

Section 1 — Acceptance

The terms and conditions of this Agreement are subject to change by TOKYO MOTION at any time in its sole discretion and you agree be bound by all modifications, changes and/or revisions.

The company can change the terms whenever they want, and you are automatically bound by those changes without being notified.

Section 6 — User Submissions

By submitting the User Submissions to TOKYO MOTION, you hereby grant TOKYO MOTION a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions...

You grant the company a massive, transferable license to do whatever they want with your uploaded content.

Section 13 — Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TOKYO MOTION, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims...

If the company gets sued because of something you did, you have to pay for their lawyers and any damages.

Section 15 — Jurisdiction

The sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be in an appropriate court located in Limassol, Cyprus.

You cannot sue the company in your home country; you must go to Cyprus.

Section 6 — User Submissions

The foregoing license granted by you terminates once you remove or delete a User Submission from the TOKYO MOTION Website.

The company's rights to your content end when you delete the content from their site.
