What the terms actually say

Section 4 — User Submissions

You irrevocably grant us a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, non-cancelable, sub-licenseable license to reproduce... and otherwise exploit User Submissions for any purpose

You grant the company a permanent, irrevocable right to use your content for any purpose, which survives even if you delete your account.

Section 6 — User Conduct

any violation of this Agreement... shall subject you to liquidated damages of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each violation.

The company imposes massive, pre-set financial penalties for any breach of terms, which may be far higher than actual damages.

Section 14 — Legal Disputes

YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

You are forced to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits, limiting your ability to seek collective justice.

Section 11 — Modification of These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time... No other notification may be made to you about any amendments.

The company can change the terms at any time without notifying you, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Section 13 — Limitations of Liabilities

IN NO CASE SHALL THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF US ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITES EXCEED $100.

The company limits its total financial liability to you to $100, regardless of the harm caused.

Section 2 — Grant of Use

This grant is terminable by us at will for any reason and at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

The company can terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without giving you notice.
