Text does not access, view, disclose, or monitor Client activities or Client Data within the Services except as expressly permitted under this Agreement... The company will share your data with government authorities if they receive a legal request, and they may not notify you if they are legally prohibited from doing so.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time, unless otherwise agreed through our support chat and completing the closure steps appropriate for the closing the Services.
Users have a clear, self-serve mechanism to cancel their subscription at any time.
