Section 3 — Dispute Resolution

You and Taco Bell agree that most disputes... shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration... This section also includes a class action waiver and jury trial waiver.

You are forced to give up your right to sue in court or participate in a class action lawsuit.

Section 4 — User Generated Content

you expressly hereby grant Taco Bell a non-exclusive, sub-licensable, worldwide, fully-paid, irrevocable, transferable, and royalty free license to... use, distribute, reproduce... your UGC... for any and all purposes.

Taco Bell claims a permanent, global right to use anything you post for any reason without paying you.

Section 3 — Future Changes

Taco Bell may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, discontinue this Platform... with or without notice... Your continued access... constitutes your agreement to those changes effective immediately.

The company can change the rules at any time without notifying you, and your continued use counts as acceptance.

Section 7 — Data Collection

You grant Taco Bell the permission to use this information... to provide advertising content in which Taco Bell believes you may be interested, including working with third parties who provide targeted advertising content.

The company shares your personal data and device usage with third-party advertisers for profiling.

Section 4 — Account Termination

Taco Bell may terminate your account and/or limit your account access if Taco Bell believes... you have violated any of these Posting Rules... or for no reason at all.

They can delete your account and all your content at any time for any reason without notice.
