Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim... will be resolved through binding individual arbitration... and a waiver of any and all rights to proceed in a class... action.

You must resolve almost all legal disputes through individual arbitration, meaning you cannot join class action lawsuits or have your day in court.

User Content

by submitting or posting User Content on the Sites, you grant Starbucks... a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable... license to use, sell, reproduce... and your name and likeness

Starbucks claims a permanent, royalty-free right to use, sell, and modify anything you post, along with your name and likeness, forever.

Changes

Starbucks reserves the right to change or modify these Terms... at any time and at its sole discretion by posting revisions on the Sites.

Starbucks can change these terms whenever they want without sending you an email or notification; you are expected to check the site yourself.

Termination

Starbucks reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Sites

Starbucks can cut off your access to their services at any time, for any reason, without giving you prior notice.

Indemnification

The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Starbucks... from any and all claims... (including attorneys’ fees)

If Starbucks gets sued because of something you did, you are responsible for paying their legal bills and any damages.
