Arbitration Clause and Class Action Waiver

IF YOU ARE RESIDENT IN THE UNITED STATES: ARBITRATION AND CLASS WAIVER CLAUSE REQUIRES YOU AND US TO RESOLVE DISPUTES BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT, AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION AND YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

US users are forced to resolve disputes through private arbitration, waiving their right to sue in court or participate in class actions.

Limitation of Liability

HONEYGAIN’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER OR ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE LIMITED TO $100 OR THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

The company limits its financial responsibility to you to a maximum of $100.

Amendment of Terms

If Honeygain changes this Agreement in a way that’s significant... it will endeavor to inform its users of these changes in advance by email... The amendment will become effective within 7 days of such notice.

The company commits to providing at least 7 days' notice before significant changes to the agreement take effect.

Term

The user may terminate this Agreement by deleting their account and Application from their devices.

You have the right to end the agreement at any time by deleting your account.

Intellectual Property

The license is revocable at any time without notice and with or without cause.

The company reserves the right to terminate your access to the service for any reason, without prior warning.
