You grant Suno a permanent, irrevocable license to use your content and voice model for any purpose, including training their AI models, without compensation.
You agree that, by entering into these Terms of Service, you and Suno are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
You are forced into binding arbitration and waive your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
You agree that Suno, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your account... for any reason in Suno's sole discretion... with or without notice.
Suno can terminate your account and delete your data at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE SUNO PARTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU... EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID SUNO IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Suno limits its total liability to you to $100 or the amount paid in the last 6 months, whichever is greater.
you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Suno... from any and all losses, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees... arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
You are responsible for paying Suno's legal fees and damages if they are sued because of your use of the service.
any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
You must bring any legal claim within one year, or you lose the right to sue.
