What the terms actually say

Section I.1 — Complaints and Disputes

If SportyBet is unable to settle the dispute, SportyBet will refer the dispute to an arbiter, whose decision will be final.

You are forced into binding private arbitration, meaning you cannot sue the company in court.

Section B.4.4 — Suspension and Closure

SportyBet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, limit, suspend, or otherwise take action in relation to any betting activity or account usage... at any time and without prior notice.

The company can suspend or close your account whenever they want without warning.

Section A.3 — Introduction

If, however, you continue to use the website after the date on which the changes to the Terms come into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.

The company can change the terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes your agreement to those changes.

Section F.3 — Our Liability

SportyBet’s total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions does not exceed: ... USD 5,000 (or its equivalent) in respect of any other liability.

The company strictly limits the amount of money you can recover from them in a legal dispute.

Section G.4 — Intellectual Property

If you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material... then the User Content will be considered to be non-confidential and non-proprietary and SportyBet has the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any User Content for any purpose.

Anything you post can be used, shared, or sold by the company for any reason.
