What the terms actually say

Section 10.4 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In case no settlement can be reached, the disputes will be determined by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules... The place of arbitration shall be San Francisco.

You are forced into binding individual arbitration in San Francisco, waiving your right to a jury trial or class action.

Section 2 — Changes to Agreement

Mintegral reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any part of this Agreement, at any time. Such modifications will be effective upon posting... PARTNER’S CONTINUEING USE OF THE SERVICES AFTER SUCH MODIFICATIONS WERE POSTED... MEANS THAT PARTNER HAS READ, UNDERSTOOD, ACCEPTED AND AGREED TO ALL OF THE MODIFICATIONS

The company can change the terms at any time without notifying you, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Section 6.3.2 — Indemnification

Partner agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Mintegral... against any pending, threatened, resolved or settled Third Party claims, liabilities, demands, judgments or causes of action, and costs and expenses related thereto (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arbitration fees and costs)

You must pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if they are sued because of your actions.

Section 2.2.2 — Partner's Obligations

Section 2.7 — Deletion of Data

Each party shall destroy all Personal Data in its possession or control as soon as Mintegral's purposes and the partner's purposes have each been achieved

The company commits to deleting data once the purpose for processing is fulfilled.
