In all other cases, these Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California... the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any claim, dispute, or controversy arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service is San Francisco County, California.
If you are not in the EEA/UK, you must resolve all legal disputes in San Francisco, California.
Unless otherwise required by law, we’ll notify you of any material changes to these Terms before any update enters into effect.
Pinterest promises to inform you of significant changes to the terms before they become binding.
You may also terminate or delete your account at any time.
You are free to leave the platform whenever you choose.
